2.1 The Customer is expected to fully comply with these Terms as well as any other policies provided by the Company, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Refund and Warranties Policy, and Appointment Booking Policy.

3. Services and Products

3.1 SmartHubs offers a range of products and services. Descriptions, prices, and other relevant information are available through various SmartHubs platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All intellectual property related to SmartHubs products and services, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and copyright material, is owned by SmartHubs.

5. User Conduct

5.1 The Customer agrees to use SmartHubs services and products in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

6. Third-Party Interactions

6.1 SmartHubs is not responsible for interactions between the Customer and third-party entities that may be encountered through the use of SmartHubs services or products.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartHubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

10. Amendments and Updates

10.1 SmartHubs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of SmartHubs services and products after amendments signifies agreement to the new Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 SmartHubs reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s access to services and products for violations of these Terms or other policies.

13. Force Majeure

13.1 SmartHubs is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and governmental actions.

14. Severability

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

15. Waiver

15.1 Failure of SmartHubs to enforce any rights or provisions in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

16.1 These Terms, along with any other policies provided by SmartHubs, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and SmartHubs and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
