Refund and Warranty Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1 This Refunds and Warranties Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions between the customer (“Customer”) and SmartHubs (“Company”). SmartHubs is located in Kansas City, Missouri and operates under the state of Missouri business laws.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refunds are permitted if a technician misses an appointment for any reason.

2.2 Customers have 14 days to claim refunds on service-based appointments.

2.3 Customers have 30 days to claim a full refund for product purchases, except for specialty items such as blinds and curtains, for which a 70% refund will be provided.

3. One-Year Service Warranty

3.1 All Customers have a one-year service warranty for all services rendered by SmartHubs.

3.2 SmartHubs holds the responsibility to rectify any defective workmanship as long as the Customer is within their one-year warranty period.

3.3 The warranty becomes void if a third party has worked on or near the area serviced by SmartHubs.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

4.1 This Policy does not cover damage resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, vandalism, or unauthorized third-party interference.

5. Method of Refund

5.1 Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Transferability of Warranty

6.1 Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original Customer.

7. Documentation Requirements

7.1 Customers may be required to provide relevant documentation to claim a refund or warranty service.

8. Time Frame for Processing Refunds

8.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

9. Communication

9.1 All requests must be submitted through official channels.

10. Expiry of Gift Cards

10.1 Gift cards must be redeemed within one year from the date of issue.

11. Price Changes

11.1 Refunds will be based on the original purchase price.
